Maybe in the same way you paired joy and sadness to form colours of your rainbow you could also pair anger with something else to form another rainbow and also pair fear with something else (fear + love?) to form yet another 🌈. Gently open the space for your other colours to find you.

Thank you Gordana. It resonates with me. And I realise I can savour joy and sadness equally. They are two colours of my rainbow. I'd like to be able to savour/welcome fear and anger as well. It's still a little bit difficult :-). Probably "just" need to "dedramatize"/"dedemonize" anger and fear. Sending love, Muriel
